Conditions of use

This page shows the license agreement that you have accepted during installation of the software.

Please read the following terms and conditions of use carefully before using or installing any Furix Software. Your use or installation of any Furix Software means that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should not use or install the software.
If you do use or install any Furix Software you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and accept them.

  1. SOFTWARE LICENSE. All Furix Software is copyrighted and protected by law and international treaty. You may evaluate the software for a period of up to 30 days. If you want to use the software after 30 days or if you decide to use the software for production purposes then you should obtain a valid license.
    A license will give you the right to use the software by one or more users, as specified in your license. To determine the number of users you need a license for, you should count all users in your company that might possibly use the software. (In other words, this is NOT a floating license where you only count the number of users using the product concurrently.)
    There is one exception: if users share the same license of AutoCAD, they can also share the same license of the Furix software.
  2. OWNERSHIP. All ownership of the software remains with Furix; you can only obtain a non-exclusive license to use a copy. You may not, nor may you permit anyone else to:
    (a) decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the software,
    (b) sell, lease or rent the software or the license,
    (c) remove any copyright notice,
  3. TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE. Furix BV may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of these terms and conditions of use. Upon such termination you agree to immediately destroy all copies of the software.
  4. DISCLAIMER. All software is provided "As-Is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
  5. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES. All use of Furix Software is entirely at your own risk. In no event shall Furix BV be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special or other consequentional or incidental damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of Furix software, even if Furix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  6. GOVERNING LAW. All disputes concerning Furix Software and licenses shall be governed by Dutch law.
